Marketing and Business Development Manager

Role and Responsibility

- Designing marketing content

- Identifying and managing sales network (MFI’s and NGO’s , and rural entrepreneurs)

- Customer audit

- Trainings and demonstrations

- Stock Management

- Execute innovative ways of branding and marketing in rural and semi urban areas

Location

Kolkata, West Bengal and/or Bhubneswar, Odisha

Preferred Qualifications:

-Strong BoP / rural marketing experience -1-2 years experience in working with rural areas

-Preferred languages are Bengali, Odiya , Hindi and English

-Should have very good communication and persuasion skills.

-Leadership and entrepreneurial streak / experience

-Photoshop, GIS and related software’s,

-Proposal writing,

-Project Management,

The work is extremely challenging, and being part of a quickly growing start-up there is a lot of energy and activity/ projects going on – we expect you to be  fun, smart worker, deadline oriented, mutli-tasker and doesn’t mind roughing it out in rural india.  We are looking for entrepreneurial, highly skilled persons to join the team.
