ICICI Fellows

icici_logoICICI Foundation in association with IFMR, iVolunteer, CSO Partners announces ICICI Fellows – a two-year social leadership programme, aimed at nurturing social leaders who “envision a future, mobilise people, thoughts and resources to create a brand new India“.

It’s a 2 year intensive, experiential learning programme that will equip you to take on any professional challenge. It will bring about a 360 degrees change in the way you think about the world, challenge your existing belief systems and redefine your ideologies.

The program is structured into three components – a one month management training, followed by experiential training in which the participants would travel around India every six months during the rest of the programme duration working with various organizations involved in rural development. As a third component, a personal coach is assigned to each participant who will help shape a development plan during the program duration.

The program is open for graduates aged between 21 and 28 with interest in leadership and social development. Interested candidates may apply here, and further information selection process can be found here. Selected candidates, in addition to the rich experience would earn a stipend of Rs. 12,000 a month in addition to other kinds of support .

    Anyone can change this country n for dat d only thing 1 need 2 do is be cofident n sure of wat u r doing n give your 101%.believe me the world is yours.m doinfg the same n i knw m going 2 succeed in this mission…!!!

    Very good things. It really become a big need to change the India in all aspects. specially for younger and students.
    One thing I would like to add, not should only educated young people but should all uneducated people. We should appreciate all because they all are due to the environment which we create. For this we should create another type of criteria based test & formalities.

    thank you mr. badri for that post…. feels great to read it in the way youve put it…

    as part of the fellowship program i do believe its a lot of what you covered in your article, and probably more. now im 6 months into it i feel like all these months was much more of a internal transformation than anything else….. i hope many people join this fellowship because it is truly what most of the people in our generation need in terms of fulfilling the desire to make a difference……….
