 Position: Director, Projects

 Job description:

• Overall responsibility for sourcing projects/business for the company
• Develop relationships with senior people in development institutions, government departments and corporate
• Conceptualize multi-party project proposals, develop and pursue them
• Engage with the technical team to explain customer requirements
• Build a strong brand for the company as a technology provider for the development sector

 Skills needed:

• Previous experience in proposal writing, seeking funds, government and corporate engagement (2 yr+)
• Consultative selling skills – engage with the customer to co-create solutions for the challenges they are facing
• Ability to build peer-to-peer relationship with senior people on client side
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• An entrepreneurial mindset – identify potential opportunities in the environment and take initiative to pursue them
• Persistence and resourcefulness
• Existing network in the development and social sector

Location: New Delhi with occasional travel
